Arkivator Telecom has two development units, located in Gothenburg and Växjö. They employ dedicated employees that work with mechanical design, electrical design and project management.

The electrical design of our products is calculated using the latest technologies in FEM, Mode matching and FDTD. A number of different optimisation methods are used. For the production of manufacturing documentation, such as drawings and solid models we have access to NX, Pro-E and SolidWorks. Both our offices have access to labs with network analysers as well as temperature cabinets etc.

Product development is conducted in close collaboration with our customers and suppliers. Customers are given continuous follow-up on the latest situation in their projects. Close collaboration between suppliers and our purchase function ensures that we get access to the latest technology at competitive prices. Finally, but equally as important, a close collaboration with our production preparation department leverages products that are production-friendly and that have the right quality.

Arkivator Telecom has a long-term working relationship with universities and colleges. The design of our antennas has its origins in the Antenna Department at Chalmers University of Technology. We are members of the antenna research programmes Chase and Charmant at Chalmers.

Project Management

Arkivator Telecom has extensive experience in development in project form, both with regard to new designs and the development of existing products.

The projects are conducted under a structured project model that is used for both customised development projects and for internal projects.

Arkivator Telecom has deliberately chosen to develop using the project form. This increases flexibility, utilises our knowledge in a better way and improves efficiency. We work close to our customers and establish a clearly-defined project and timetable that demonstrates both our role as well as the role of the customer.
